Returns Software platform ZigZag Global is delighted to have won both the E-Commerce award and the Innovation award at the World Post & Parcel Awards 2018. The World Post & Parcel Awards is the global platform to recognise and promote mail and express excellence. Mail and express operators from all over the world competed to win these highly coveted awards, covering the key areas of mail and express operations.

Judges were happy to award ZigZag for the E-Commerce award sponsored by PostEurop, stating that “the issue of handling returns effectively is becoming increasingly important in the global e-commerce market. The winning entrant has developed a platform that makes the process easy for the end customer whilst also helping the retailer get products back into their supply chain more quickly and profitably.”

For the Innovation award, the judges said: “This is always one of the most popular categories and there is no shortage of new ideas emerging in the logistics industry. In overall terms however, the judges are driven by initiatives that are significant, that carry or will have weight. The judges found all the shortlisted entries worthy but selected a winner based on its solution to a global logistics challenge.”
