How does your payment model look and how much does it cost?

We work a SaaS based model, where we charge an implementation fee, monthly subscription, and a transaction fee per return generated for which the cost is based on the number of annual returns for the business.

What does the implementation process look like & how involved is your team?

We can manage the integration for you and one of our Project Managers can build API’s. We have experienced tech and integrations teams on hand to guide you through the process seamlessly. Alternatively, we can give you access to our API and you can build it yourself. This really depends on what you want the portal to do and how you want it to look and feel but we can discuss this during the initial onboarding calls.

Do you continue to offer support after go-live?

All our customer and technical support is managed internally by ZigZag staff and nothing is managed by 3rd parties. One of our USP’s is that we built it, we maintain it, and we continue to enhance it, all inhouse. Along with this, you will have a dedicated Account Director that will work with you when you’re live to monitor your returns and offer advice on how to improve your returns rate through implementing additional features such as paid returns, live exchanges, refund to store credit, and more.
