We offer a branded returns portal providing a seamless extension from your website on any device type. Customer facing emails and SMS notifications can also be branded.
Yes, however it depends on the carrier and the country. We have great paperless coverage across the UK and most of Europe, however in France, for example, we do not have labelless options, but we are working with one of our partners to release a solution in 2022. Around 70% of shoppers using our portal opt for a paperless returns option.
Our platform and service offer a number of sustainability benefits and initiatives. We can set you up with paperless returns, promote certain carrier services over others, consolidate returns in-country, and resale in local marketplaces. We also offer a take-back solution, as well as repair and recycling schemes.
