ZigZag is a software solution that helps retailers manage returns - we provide postage labels and QR codes to help ship items back to the retailer.
If you have recently registered for a return with a retailer, and you paid for your return label/ QR code, please note that on your debit / credit or bank statement you will see the charges are payable to ZIGZAG GLOBAL as we are the company providing you with the return label / QR code.
Please contact the retailer you purchased the goods from to get an update on the status of your refund. ZigZag is a software company that facilitates the return but we are not the retailer of the goods.
When you submitted your return with the retailer, you will have received an email with the label and further instructions. This email included a tracking link where you can monitor the progress of your return. If you have any questions about your return, please speak with the retailer directly.
Please email the retailer you purchased the goods from with your name, order number, and postcode and the retailer will be able to assist you.
