Where is my refund?

Please contact the retailer you purchased the goods from to get an update on the status of your refund. ZigZag is a software company that facilitates the return but we are not the retailer of the goods.

How do I track my return?

When you submitted your return with the retailer, you will have received and email with the label and further instructions. This email included a tracking link where you can monitor the progress of your return. If you have any questions about your return, please speak with the retailer directly.

How do I cancel my return?

Please email the retailer you purchased the goods from with your name, order number, and postcode and the retailer will be able to assist you.

How do I cancel my courier collection?

Please email the retailer you purchased the goods from with your name, order number, and postcode and the retailer will be able to reschedule or cancel the collection for you.

Please resend my label / QR code?

Please email the retailer with your name, order number, and postcode and we will resend the label by email. Please use the email address used when you placed the original order when contacting them.

Who is ZigZag?

ZigZag is a software solution that helps retailers manage returns - we provide postage labels and QR codes to help ship items back to the retailer.

Why is ZigZag Global on my bank statement?

If you have recently registered for a return with a retailer, and you paid for your return label/ QR code, please note that on your debit / credit or bank statement you will see the charges are payable to ZIGZAG GLOBAL as we are the company providing you with the return label / QR code.

How do I contact ZigZag?
