ZigZag will provide you with an online portal, branded with your logo for mobile, tablet and desktop. Easily integrated with your website, using either an iFrame or URL redirect, your customer will feel as though they have never left your site.
Your customer can use this portal to submit a request for specific items within an order to be returned. To verify, the customer then enters the order number and their postcode or zip code. The portal can also be accessed from a QR code on a dispatch note or from a link in an order confirmation email.
The customer will be taken to a generic site hosted by ZigZag which can be also branded (e.g. yourbrand.zigzag.global/returns)”
